This Health Organisation is looking for an efficient temp Team Administrator to join their fast paced and driven team, based in Inner London. This role is with an immediate start!

Your new role

You will be providing effective office support to the team through minute taking, diary management and using the database to keep relevant records. You will work independently in answering telephone calls, providing reception cover from time to time, organising/keeping up with travel arrangement and also ensuring appropriate follow up action is being taken when required. Additionally you will be monitoring requests and prioritise tasks accordingly.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have a strong background in administrative roles and also good IT skills, including Microsoft office. In addition, you will need to keep great attention to detail, excellent interpersonal/ organisation and communication skills and ability to use initiative. Ideal candidate will have a health related background or public sector experience.
