Receptionist

Receptionist - Permanent position - up to £23k - Clerkenwell location

I am looking for a Receptionist to work for a prestigious Design agency based in Clerkenwell.

You will be the sole Receptionist for this Design Agency, maintaining a high level of customer/client engagement.

Day to day duties include;

Maintaining the reception/office area to an excellent condition

Representing the brand to all visitors to the agency

Ensuring the office has all the supplies it needs

Negotiating with suppliers

Assisting with any internal/external events

Ad-hoc duties to the team when required

To be a successful Receptionist you need to have;

1 + years experience in a Creative agency

Adaptability to a variety of tasks

Ability to remain calm under pressure

A passion for the Design industry
