Customer Service Admin Support
Wembley
£27,000 - £28,000
THE ROLE
To be the first point of contact for residents by email or telephone and providing a positive and helpful service and initiating the process of raising defects/queries and providing overall administrative support to a wider team ensuring that communications and databases are maintained with accuracy. Contributing to the overall quality of apartments and service which residents experience.
DUTIES
- Provide a dedicated point of contact within the Customer service team for all customers, agents and contractors.
- Keeping a through record of client database.
- Liaising with residents and having regular updates.
- Closely working with all third party suppliers / in-house departments.
- Ensuring customers’ needs are met at all times.
- Supporting the Property Manager.
- Assist with administrative and ad hoc tasks.
- Previous experience within a similar position / property management.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring always being customer focused at all times.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Team player - and confident in raising and discussing customer queries within the team.
- Proactive attitude, happy liaising with customers and contractors on the phone.
- Proficient IT skills.
