We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer.

You will have strong organisational skills, the ability to work independently in a creative environment providing practical support to colleagues with strong interpersonal skills, and the confidence and ability to communicate effectively. You’ll be a time manager and multi-tasker with proven experience working either in a Personal or Executive Assistant role managing key stakeholders. You will be resilient and have able to deal tactfully in with stakeholders in high pressured situations. You’ll show a commitment to the RSA’s mission and ideally be able to demonstrate an interest in the key research areas of the organisation.

What the role involves:

  • To support the work of the Chief Executive and General Counsel/Head of CEO’s Office by ensuring good communication and working relationships with RSA staff and the departments, Fellows of the RSA, the President and Chair.
  • To provide full secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure the efficient running of both the Chief Executive’s and Chairman’s offices.
  • To act as a key administrator to the wider Executive Team.
