EA to 2 Directors

Exciting vibrant and incredibly successful tech firm are seeking an EA to join their team of EAs. Joining a team of exceptionally dedicated EAs you will be providing exemplary support to two senior partners and ensuring their business and private lives are seamlessly looked after. Looking after busy schedules, diary management, complex global travel and scheduling, you must have a passion for organising meetings, and sometimes creating  impossible travel itineraries.  You must enjoy processes and be of an exacting type personality. No two days are the same and part of your EA role is problem solving and trouble- shooting! However you must love ensuring that your boss is well looked after and always finding a solution to his ever changing and demanding schedule. This company is renown for its excellent employee benefits and personal development and there is a very lowstaff turn over. You must have excellent secretarial and EA skills and a strong CV demonstrating these skills.
