Top class Executive Assistant required for a global private equity company based in Mayfair. Fantastic opportunity to work for a friendly and professional Private Equity company working for two extremely well respected Directors. This role requires an Executive Assistant who has at least 5-6 years Director level experience within financial services - preferably within Private Equity. The individual must have a solid CV with longevity. A proactive PA with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills is essential along with excellent written and spoken English. A positive and can do attitude is imperative and the PA must be able to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
The Executive Assistant looks after 2 senior Directors and needs to be able to think ahead providing them with a seamless service. They need a PA they can trust and rely on and who will remain calm even when under pressure. The PA will naturally be extremely organised, highly efficient and have a real eye for detail. Calm, measured and reliable. The individual must be able to work under their own initiative doing reports and research and they must be 100% accurate as the Directors don't always have time to check them.
This is a great opportunity to cover for an Executive Assistant who is going on a year's maternity leave.
