This fun, sociable and incredibly successful Mayfair based Executive Search firm is looking for an exceptional EA to support the CEO and to manage his office.  The CEO is a charismatic, driven and inspiring individual who requires both business and private support.  He has incredibly high-profile clients and therefore requires an assistant who can liaise with these types of people and always be one step ahead. The EA duties would include organising meetings for clients and candidates, screening and filtering telephone calls, dealing with correspondence and emails efficiently, formatting and preparing documents, booking travel and private PA tasks.  The office management entails overseeing the smooth running of the office, being in charge of all office supplies, and maintaining the office condition and managing 2 junior member of admin staff. There will also be HR duties alongside the COO and FD who are both delightful.  They are looking for the following traits:

  • Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and prioritisation abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (the ability to liaise with high profile clients and candidates)
  • Strong attention to detail (with a good memory)
  • Ability to work to deadlines and to accommodate last-minutes changes
  • Positive, can-do attitude; Flexibility; Sense of humour/fun
  • A resilient and assertive character
  • Well presented, articulate and bright

The team are all down to earth and fun and they work with some incredibly interesting clients in lovely new offices in Mayfair.  It is essential that you have at least 5 years EA experience and can deal with a busy, fast passed and dynamic team.

Salary will depend on experience – circa £40-45k
