Our client, a Media based company in the West End, are seeking a temporary Receptionist/Office Coordinator for a period of three months.

This role is to start ASAP, paying between £12 - £14 per hour.

Duties included:

  • Administrative support, including ordering stationery, distributing post, organising couriers / taxis, etc
  • Reception: setting up meeting rooms (diary management)
  • Telephone management: taking calls, follow up and/or taking messages
  • Meeting and greeting external visitors
  • Organising lunches and refreshments, managing beverage stock, ensuring fridges are clean, etc
  • Binding documents for presentations/external meetings
  • Photocopying and printing documents
  • Filing and archiving financial documents
  • Ensuring a clean and operable environment in office
