Working for a brilliant architect firm with several offices across the UK are looking to hire a PA to help support a Senior Partner within a growing division of their business. This is a perfect position for someone who enjoys working with a dynamic and ambitious team and has a genuine interest within property.
The role will involve managing a hectic diary with back to back meeting and continual changes, as well as UK travel and assisting with reports for the teams, producing documents using templates, liaising with clients, contractors being their first point of contact. You need to be able to be 5 steps ahead of the Partner who will Bcc you into every email and give you full trust to succeed from day one.

- Will ideally have previous experience within property, real estate or architecture.
- Strong Word, Excel skills.
- Confident liaising with clients and 3rd parties.
- Great attention to detail
- Engaging personality and able to deal with different characters.
