Marketing Manager

A growing and successful property development firm is looking for a hardworking and innovative Marketing and PR Manager. You will report into the Senior Marketing and PR Manager, and the two of you will make up in the UK team. There is another 20 individuals across this team in multiple global locations.

In this role you will drive the brand forward; assisting with budgets, developing relationships with external companies, implementing promotional launches, coordinating marketing campaigns and proactively utilising social media. Therefore, having experience in these various areas would be crucial for this role.

This role will give you a high amount of autonomy, you will be free to be yourself and offer new ideas. This is a very exciting time for the business and they want someone who is passionate within this field.

This role will give you the opportunity to travel at times, so you will need to be flexible and committed.

Skills/Experience Desired;

• Demonstrable experience ideally a PR or Marketing
• Ideally a focused degree or qualification within PR or Marketing (CIM etc.).
• Successful track record of developing, maintaining and delivering marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
• Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques.
• Commitment and passionate
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Self-motivated and the ability to prioritise.
• Attention to detail.
