Legal Competition PA at International Law Firm, £££ Competitive

Leading International law firm is looking to recruit a Competition Legal PA to work on a permanent basis supporting two Partners and a team of Fee Earners within the Corporate – Government regulatory group.  Duties will include taking ownership of enquiries, resolving or escalating (or Identifying alternative contacts) as appropriate, building an understanding of the nature of the fee earners’ work, get to know their clients and build relationships with them and the client PAs, producing long, accurate complex house-style documents, manuscript amends, audio dictation and document comparisons, E-bulletins and iPublish communications (training will be provided for this), demonstrating strong organisational skills, regularly act on own initiative, highlighting issues and suggesting possible solutions, organising and prioritising workload and keeping a level-headed approach in a busy working environment, diary management – arranging meetings, conference calls, lunches etc. The core hours for this role are 9.30am – 5.30pm, candidates must have previous legal PA experience, excellent technical skills and a minimum of A – C in English and Maths at GCSE level.
