A prestigious US Law Firm is looking for a new Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to work specifically within their Litigation practice to deliver consistent, high-quality client service across the EMEA region.  Responsibilities will include assembling pitches and presentations, handling related tracking of activities with minimal supervision, conducting various research projects used for business development efforts, including company and industry research, pursuit lists, and competitive intelligence, supporting implementation of practice group plans and business development activities beyond pitches, such as client targeting initiatives, updates and maintain credentials, updating and maintaining experience and support full integration and adoption of firmwide experience database, assisting in the creation of new credentials, as appropriate, updating and maintains attorney bios and rankings on the website and internal systems, maintaining experience list for practice group. Other duties include coordinating client communications, including legal updates, announcements, newsletters, specific thought leadership campaigns, assisting with general website maintenance/updating as appropriate, assisting with social media communications via LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook, oversees printing, distribution and storage of collateral, assisting and coordinates legal directory submissions (Chambers, Legal 500 etc), together with Marketing/BD Managers, assists with specific ad hoc litigation awards submissions, assists the events manager with coordination of seminars, webinars, conference sponsorships, exhibitions, and other events, including arranging logistics, invitations, materials, and hospitality; assists with follow-up activities, collects and enters data into internal marketing databases/reports, including Pitch & Proposal Database, Business Development Opportunities Report, CRM, etc. including supporting with CRM database reporting and contact research, updates/ maintains mailing lists via CRM.  Candidates must be degree educated, 2-3 years’ experience within a Marketing role within a law firm, excellent project management, written and communications skills.
