Office & Facilities Assistant - immediate start

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a fast paced sales start up where no two days will ever be the same! We are looking for a bright spark to support the Office Manager and take charge of all administrative tasks. You will maintain good relationships with the suppliers and ensure the smooth running of the office. We are looking for someone who is hunrgy to grow into an admin role and be a great support to the London team!

The role

  • processing invoices
  • updating the CRM
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the office
  • being first point of contact between the IT management company
  • Being one step ahead and replenishing all stock
  • Arranging travel and accommodation on an adhoc basis
  • Hours of 8:15am-6:15pm

The candidate

  • hugnry, ambitious and on the ball
  • happy to join in the team banter
  • organised and able to work fast under pressure
  • an IT whiz
  • friendly telephone manner
  • knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous
