Facilities Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to start immediately. This is a 6-week temporary contract paying £11 p/h, located in Central London.
Who will you be working for
Our client is a global private banking group offering private banking and asset management services. This private banking group are established in around 40 locations worldwide, with around 3,500 employees.
What will you be doing
This is a wide-ranging role providing support to the office through various means. Some of the main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Incoming mail - opening, sorting and internal delivery of mail
- Regularly check office equipment and stationary and order appropriate supplies
- Liaise with suppliers and call out engineers/maintenance teams when required
- To ensure photocopiers on all floors are supplied with paper
- Other general office duties
About you
- Honest, reliable and physically fit to perform general office and delivery duties.
- Good organisation, tidy and ability to perform duties in a timely manner/efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Good awareness
- Good record keeping - e. archive books.
