Do you want to go to work every day knowing you are at the centre of a global hub of culture and innovation? We have a terrific opportunity for an accomplished Project Coordinator who means business to assist the Project Managers of this global tech company in opening a new office.

Based in central London, you will constantly be surrounded by talented, hungry people working on a diverse range of projects than span across cultures, all with the intent to bring the world closer together.

You must be a natural conversationalist and someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment to act as an ambassador for this mission driven company.

Your will be responsible for a range of activities throughout the full cycle of design, scheduling and deployment of IT Equipment in the new offices during construction.

Your duties will involve:

  • setting up the framework for projects
  • creating online folders for documents and drawings
  • kicking off initial automated tasks flows
  • working in AutoCAD to drag and drop initial symbols onto drawings

The project coordinator component includes:

  • project coordination
  • driving procurement tasks
  • ordering
  • shipping and receiving
  • tracking and reporting project progress weekly
  • assisting with post-project review

You will have a lot of autonomy and must be able to think on your feet and be unfazed by last minute changes. It is essential that you are capable of managing expectations and can take a step back and look at the bigger picture. We are looking for someone who naturally gravitates towards collaboration and places great value on nurturing strong relationships.

You MUST have a minimum of 2 years' experience with coordination of schedules and inventory and experience with communication and finance.
