Room Booking Coordinator

Stratford, London

£13ph - 1 Month Minimum Contract

The purpose of this role is to process all bookings in a timely manner and establish a good rapport with our stakeholders. The role will be working with one of our financial clients, onsite within the new Stratford office.

Duties:

  • First point of contact for any enquiries
  • Effectively managing the Manhattan booking system (essential)
  • Coordinating with stakeholders
  • Manage room booking requests via the Conference Suite Mailbox
  • Reconfirming all meetings for the next day to include checking number of attendees & catering requirements
  • Reporting problems with Manhattan through our IS Helpdesk / Troubleshooting
  • Effectively liaise with AV Team, Cleaners and Reception for the meeting set-ups
  • This role may also be required to cover the Front of House at short notice for sickness, annual leave

Requirements:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of visitor management systems, room booking systems
  • Knowledge of AV equipment
  • Knowledge of Manhattan Data craft room booking system essential
