Receptionist - Victoria - £26,000 + bens - 12th November start

Housed within stunning high tech, state of the art offices in Victoria our client, a global leader in their field, require a receptionist to cover an 8 month contract starting in early November.

As Receptionist, you will work alongside one other and report to the Office Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring visitors, employees, external consultants and guests receive a professional welcome and first-rate visitor experience.

Day to day reception duties include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and guests; offering refreshments;
  • Working closely with Facilities and catering teams to ensure that meeting rooms are prepared on time;
  • Answering the switchboard and directing calls appropriately;
  • Being available to provide any administrative or ad-hoc support to team members.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to progress into an internal front of house reception role and have previous experience of working as part of a small team or sole capacity in a corporate setting. The role is offered on a 8-9 month full time basis.
