EA to CEO

We are looking for an experience EA, who is searching for the next step in their career, to support the CEO of an extremely exciting Development Company.  The successful EA will be a true right-hand person to him and be ready to take on additional projects alongside their EA duties.  This is an exciting new start-up company that attracts a variety of professionals and clients, therefore you will be polished and used to being client facing whilst have the attitude that no job is too big or small.  This CEO is extremely charismatic; however, he is also extremely busy, therefore he is looking for an EA who can keep up with his demanding schedule and anticipate his every need.  You will be used to a variety of tasks including managing an extremely busy and ever-changing diary, managing a busy inbox, arranging travel arrangements, taking notes in meetings, typing from dictation, putting together Board packs, organising events including Board meetings and additional EA tasks as required.  In addition, you will be acting as a gatekeeper to him, meaning that you will be his main point of contact within the office, ideally, they are looking for a friendly and positive EA who easily builds strong working relationships.  The company has a strong culture and everyone is extremely passionate about the work they do, this is an exciting opportunity for an EA who can become a part of this friendly team.
