EA to Managing Partner / Office Manager
With stunning offices in West London, our client, an extremely successful Private Equity company is looking for an EA with Private Equity experience to support their Managing Partner. They pride themselves on their exceptionally high standards and therefore your EA skills will be second to none and you will be used to supporting at a senior level, within a demanding and fast paced environment. You will be supporting the Managing Partner, with additional support to the wider team and whilst acting as the Office Manager. Therefore, you will need to be adaptable and be used to working within a high pressurised environment, whilst being responsible for the day to day running of the office. Typical EA duties will include; extremely complex diary management, travel arrangements across various time zones, acting as a gatekeeper, preparing presentations, research projects, running reports and ad hoc EA duties. There will also be a need to be available out of office hours and therefore they are looking for an EA who is happy to go the extra mile.
