Junior PA needed for a luxury retailer to support the Managing Director based in Piccadilly - 12 month FTC

Your new company
This company is a growing luxury retailer based in Piccadilly, they have offices across Europe and specialise in luxury eye-wear. They pride themselves on the luxury products they sell as well as their excellent customer service. Their London office is growing and encourages progression in the company.

Your new role
You will be supporting the Managing Director of this business as well as carrying out various administration tasks. Your support for the Managing Director will consist of booking flights, expenses and diary management. There will also be ad hoc support for the Sales and Marketing teams. As a small business with around 30 in the office, you will be required to chip in and support a number of teams.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a high organised and structured individual that is happy to help out with a variety of tasks. Experience with diary management, travel booking and expenses is desirable. They are looking for personable, dynamic and ambitious individuals that wants to grow with the company.
