Temp French Speaking EA - Private Equity

ISE are working with a top, highly impressive Private Equity firm located in St James', to find a French speaking EA to join a busy, exciting small team of professionals. Supporting at varying levels, you will be the go-to person for all secretarial and administrative needs within the division. 

Due to the 'hit the ground running' nature of the position, preference will go to candidates with alternative investment experience, as well as experience supporting demanding teams of professionals. As the Team EA, duties will be classic EA style, however they are really seeking a true forward thinker, who is pro-active, reliable and has a keen eye for detail. Working closely with a network of EAs, you will be made to feel part of the team from day 1, and supported with handover details from the wider team.  

Day to day you will be - 

• Organising international travel for the tight-knit team
• Scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Liaising with clients world wide 
• Managing ever changing diaries, working out solutions quickly and effectively
• Assisting with all administration, including processing expenses and putting meeting information together
