PA/Office Manager

Immediate start - PA temp job - 2 month contract - Public sector health - London

This health organisation are looking for a temp PA to join the consultant team based in London. This role is with an immediate start. Hours a week will be 37.

Your new role

This role requires you to have strong admin skills and PA experience. You will be managing calls and organisation day to day meetings. You will also be working collaboratively with colleagues across the Directorate and communicating information and issues and managing/escorting visitors.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a good team player with excellent communications skills both written and spoken. It is preferred you have a background in health care and PA skills. You must also understand the importance of customer service and experience of working with senior staff. You must be professional and adaptable to different situations. In this role, it is preferable you have office based experience within the public sector and must also have experience in managing calendars/diaries, admin skills, minute taking and able to organise annual leaves.
