An Investment Bank in the City are currently looking for an experienced Assistant to work within the HR department.
My client is looking for an enthusiastic assistant to work in a fast-paced environment, ideally with previous experience in the finance/banking sector. You will be supporting an MD, VP’s and the wider team.
This is a demanding role and will require a highly proactive and organised individual.
Duties include:
- Providing assistance to senior level and full administrative support
- Diary management including scheduling meetings and compiling travel schedules and itineraries
- Telephone duties and interaction with high profile clients
- Coordinating with clients, business personnel and colleagues
- Monitoring a busy inbox
- Expense management and reconciliation of corporate cards
- Ad hoc projects such as event management
Skills:
Strong PA experience, a minimum of three years
Preferable experience within the finance/banking industry
Professional and articulate
Strong time management skills
Systems knowledge: extensive knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Powerpoint and Excel
