An inspiring and growing tech startup based near Farringdon/Chancery Lane is currently looking for an ambitious and down to earth Customer Success Executive to join their super friendly team.
They are a small team but are planning on expanding in the next few years whilst they develop new products.
You will play a crucial role within the company assisting with enquiries, analysing and presenting monthly customer feedback to the team, creating marketing content, tracking user feedback, etc. Eventually you will hire a team of people within customer service and take on a managerial position as they grow internationally.
They are a wonderful team of people and offer great mentoring programs, social events, the option to work from home approx one day a week, etc!
You must have previous customer service experience and ideally experience within tech/fintech.
Salary up to £27,000 and hours of work 8:30-6pm.
