An exciting opportunity has arisen for a German speaking HR Administrator in a financial services company in Central London. You will be a part of a well-established organisation in central London, that are seeking for a German speaking HR Administrator to join their friendly Human Resources department. The company is looking to employ someone on 4 days/week basis, working hours are 9am - 5pm.

As a German speaking HR Administrator you will provide excellent organisation and admin skills, work closely to the HR Manager and Senior HR Manager. Dealing with HR related issues, reporting and maintain HR database and have excellent communication skills in German and English and a proven administrative background with the ability to work well in fast paced environment. Responsibilities in this position are of primarily adminstrative nature (including pay roll). This position is offered as a permanent opportunity for someone with previous experience working in a HR department or outstanding administrative experience in a different department.

It is an amazing opportunity for a German speaking HR Administrator to be a part of a successful company, to develop your competence and your personal skills. Successful applicants must have a long-term reason for wanting to work on part-time basis.

Profile

  • Speak and written fluent in both English and German
  • Previous experience as HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, HR Executive beneficial
  • Excellent administrative skills a must!
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Available 4 days / week on long-term basis
