Our client, a dynamic chartered architectural and design company is looking for a Receptionist/General office administrator to come and join their fabulous team.

Day to day duties will be varied however will include:

• Being the face of the office on phones and reception
• Meeting and greeting clients when they arrive
• Providing refreshments
• Answering telephone calls & taking messages
• Organise post and couriers
• Helping with the stock control and general office orders/maintenance
• any ad hoc duties
