HR Change Analyst

Working in the HR department as an HR Change Analyst. Supporting the company visions to plan how the business will be structured in the next 3 - 5 years

This is an Admin role but an understanding and experience working in Change in an HR department is essential. This is a temporary position currently and is for an ongoing basis, initially 1 - 2 months but most probably longer. Great 9 - 5 working hours in a Central London Location


The Role:
* Working with Change Managers to assist with the implementation of change
* Assisting with completing Org charts and ensuring all roles have job descriptions which are accurate
* Assist in developing a long term solution to ensure a robust headcount within the company
* General HR Admin and analytical support

The Person:
* Experience in HR Change Admin or Analyst role
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong interation skills
* Strong Administration skills

The company:
* A central London company based close to a Northern line tube station
* Head Office retail environment
* On site subsidised Restaurant
* Hours are 9 - 5
* Central London location
* We pay 20 days plus 8 days bank holiday to all our temps!
