Who will you be working for?

An international research company who provide a range of data to support strategic decision making is looking for an IT Manager to join their team.

What will you be doing?

• Own the system wide IT business relationship management for our client by partnering with operational leadership in all topics related to IT services and support
• Own responsibility for service delivery of office, personal, and mobile technology
• Collaborate with system and office-level stakeholders and collect input on IT services
• Develop and maintain IT-Service Delivery
• Act as line manager for local IT Service Specialist
• Act as the liaison between IT service delivery and other service management roles
• Managing all client risk assessment requests, responding appropriately and collating information from other internal subject matter experts as required
• Owning and updating the internal Risk Process Manual
• Scheduling and carrying out monitoring checks to comply with client requirements

What will you need?

• B./B or equivalent
• At least 6 years of experience in international management of IT service delivery/support teams in a comparable environment
• ITIL foundation and/or Six Sigma certification is a plus
• Professional Services background is a plus
• Fluent English is required
• Applicants must be capable of and comfortable with occasional international travel
