EMR Business Analyst - Central London

Our client, a Not for profit firm within the Utilities market is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Electricity Market Reform Settlement team. The focus of the role is to support the delivery of business services.

You will act as a subject matter expert within the team, and develop effective working relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage business requirements, including design and application.
• Liaise with customers and stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Ensure business proposals are aligned with EMR strategy.
• Facilitate workshops, present during events and provide support to industry groups.
• Manage change and support day-to-day operational processes.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualifications/experience.
• 1-5 years’ experience in Energy/utilities/regulation or similar.
• Working knowledge of EMR regulations, EMRS obligations and BSC.
• Business process improvement knowledge/experience or similar.
• Advanced user of Microsoft office packages, particularly Excel.
• Highly numerate and analytical.
• Team player and proactive.
