Band 3 / 4 Administrator - Northampton - Starts 30th October
Your new company
Our client, based at Moulton Park, are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is expected to last until March 2019. and the working hours are 098 - 4 Monday to Friday.
As a Band 3 role, the pay rate will range from £8 - £9 per hour
Your new role:
- Act as a point of contact for the department, dealing with enquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner, communicating relevant information to stakeholders, referring to others as appropriate.
- Dealing with telephone queries from Healthcare Professionals, patients GPs and other stakeholders/organisations, and passing on accurate information to the appropriate person in an efficient and effective manner.
- Inputting and maintaining data on data systems,
- Collation and preparation of relevant documentation
- Ensure all files, systems and paperwork are accurate
- Deal with invoice queries in an efficient and timely manner as required.
- Ensure robust and accurate management and maintenance of patient filing systems
- Responsible for sorting all out going post
- Ensure that all complaints, comments and suggestions are dealt with appropriately
- Photocopying and word processing documents
- Have a flexible/adaptable approach to their work in order to meet various deadlines.
- Responsible for organising meetings for the department and planning any administrative work as required.
- Demonstrate office systems and department requirements to new starters.
- Undertake research and development as directed.
- Support in the production of accurate and professional monthly reports
- Able to work on own initiative and unsupervised as required
- To ensure compliance with all statutory and mandatory training.
- The post holder will carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by their line manager.
