Pitch Executive at top International Law Firm: to £38,500

A prestigious International Law Firm is looking to hire a new self motivated Pitch Executive to join the London office on a permanent basis.  Responsibilities will include collating research for pre-tender meetings, drafting the action plan for who has to do what by when, preparing proposal structures and collating content, proof reading documentation, arranging pitch meetings, producing finalised pitch documents and arranging delivery to client, maintaining the firms bespoke online pitch tool, Pitch Pack, keeping standard pitch template text up-to-date, working with the BD team to help maintain text, credentials and biographies on Pitch Pack, supporting use of the firmwide opportunity log, creating reports and following up on opportunities logged, collating pitch success and failure results for reporting, arranging pitch follow up and debriefs for continuous learning and improvement.  Candidates need to be degree educated, have experience within a professional services environment, preferably a law firm, as well as advanced MS Office skills, strong written, oral and communications skills.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm.
