Reception/Team Assistant - Liverpool St - £15.00ph + holiday pay.

Starting immediately on an ongoing basis, this is a great opportunity for those multi-lingual candidates who are keen to enter the world of banking. As part of a small team, the Receptionist/Administrator will have great insight into all aspects of the company as you will work with a variety of people.

As well as carrying out Reception and Front of house duties, the Team Assistant will work closely with the Office Manager:

  • To organise international travel arrangements, visas, accommodation and logistics;
  • To schedule meetings  and diary management for team members;
  • To organise hot-desks for international colleagues and assist with any other general administration as it is required.

For candidates with previous reception and office administration experience, this is an ideal opportunity to further develop your office support skills to move into a Team Assistant role. Fluent French is highly advantageous for this role. This is a long term role - minimum 12 months - and offers Team Assistants stability and a chance to become an integral team member.
