We are currently recruiting for a Team Coordinator to start immediately on a Temp-Perm contract. Our client is a landscape design consultancy based in Central London. This is paying £13-£14 p/h and will go to £25,000k when made permanent.

Who will you be working for

Our client is an independent planning, impact assessment, landscape design and ecology consultancy, working across the UK and internationally. With a track record of over 50 years and a team of over 125 skilled professionals, they bring a passion for the environment and a determination to achieve sustainable development on behalf of their clients.

What will you be doing

This is a varied administration role with the core responsibility being to provide support to the team. This role will partially involve Receptionist responsibilities and the candidate must be filling to carry out reception duties. The second part of the role is a Coordinator who will manage various projects and contribute to the daily tasks in the office, contributing to the successful operation of the business.

About you

The candidate will need to possess high attention to detail and be a competent organiser. Administrative experience and great communication skills are vital to succeed in this role. You need to be able to work to strict deadlines and be able to deal with people at all levels within the business.
