PART-TIME EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT HUNGERFORD, BERKSHIRE

We are looking for an experienced freelance EA to join the core team within a property consultancy on a part-time basis – the firm advise owners of prime property on the selection of architects, designers and key specialists for major property refurbishments and new builds.  This is a small but incredibly busy and growing company and the role will be suited to those with a professional, hard-work ethic.  There is potential for the role to grow, both in responsibilities and hours, depending on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.

Hours:                  12 Hours per week (3 half days)

Location:              Hungerford, Berkshire

Salary:                  Dependent upon experience

Start Date:            ASAP

Interviewing:        ASAP          

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Diary management
• Producing client presentations
• Client liaison
• Managing correspondence
• Booking travel
• Data entry
• Office administration

Candidates must be / have:

• Experienced Personal / Executive Assistants
• Experience working with HNW private clients
• Previous experience in property industry would be beneficial
• Multi-tasker – able to work on multiple projects concurrently
• A quick learner
• Able to work at speed and under pressure, at times
• Detail orientated – there are no margins for error
• Proactive and able to work with autonomy
• Excellent communication skills – written and spoken
• Personable and well-presented
• Discreet
• Confident Mac users and proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM systems would be advantageous
• Happy to help out with the more menial tasks (such as sorting out a computer glitch, or printer problem) as well as doing the more glamorous elements of the role
