Training Coordinator
We are currently for a Training Coordinator to start immediately in a high profile charity organisation. This is currently a Temp-Perm opportunity, paying £27,000 p/a. The office is currently based in Old Street, but will be relocating to Holloway Road in January.
Who will you be working for
Our client is a highly established charity organisation, who provides support and carries out research on housing issues across the UK. Within the organisation is a Training and Publications Team who set up training courses on housing laws and regulations.
What will you be doing
The candidate will be responsible for public training, conferences and publication administration as well as providing marketing support. The main duties of the role include but are not limited to:
- Advise on availability, take and process bookings, organise pre-course documentation, manage cancellations and maintain all required records of events and attendees.
- Administer all aspects of the courses and seminars including booking and liaising with trainers / speakers and venues.
- Coordinate the conferences onsite including ensuring a smooth registration process and liaising with speakers
- Publication admin - ensure all handouts and booklets are distributed within a tight deadline
- Marketing administration - Proof read various forms of marketing literature including emails and web pages.
- Distribute marketing literature and bulk marketing emails.
- Undertake specific projects as required.
About you
This is a varied administration role and the candidate will need to possess prior experience of working in a vast array of different areas as this is a diverse position. Previous experience in the following areas is desirable:
- Client services
- Events Admin
- Proofreading
- Marketing
- Project admin
Additionally, the candidate must be a strong communicator and be able to handle a fast-paced pressurised environment.
