EA to CEO - Creative Agency

A fabulous role , for an award winning, rapidly growing Start up.  This agency is truly going places, working from newly designed offices near to Borough Market, and sought after by many premium brands. The role is to support the CEO, in a dynamic and fast moving environment.  There will be heavy client facing duties, so spot on presentation and highly skilled communication skills are paramount.  The role will include:

•  Management of a busy and constantly evolving diary that includes arranging internal meetings, external meetings in UK and international (European and international), conference calls, lunches, breakfasts and dinners with clients/cross-agency and internal senior management.
•  Booking of all travel including national and international travel and all transfers. Liaising with the brand teams to ensure travel is billed appropriately and within company/contractual regulations.
• Creating and maintaining contacts list within the agency and also clients’ offices and updating those details regularly .
• Hiring and managing any future PAs, as the business grows.
• Completion of expenses and to liaise with the brand team to ensure correct job numbers are used.
•  Assistance with personal administration, from time to time
• Help prepare for Partner meetings: ensure rooms are booked and ready, pre‐reads of presentations ensuring attendance  and that the meeting starts on time.
