Administrator / Customer Service Advisor

Customer Support Administrator / Market Harborough / £8 - £9 per hour / Temp Role 3 month plus.

Your new company
Our client, based in Market Harborough, are looking to take on an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is full time (08 - 17 Monday to Friday), with an hour for lunch. This role is expected to last for 3 months, with the possibility of being extended past this date.


Your new role

• Raising Technical Enquiries.
• Entering enquiry information onto database
• Support UK Account Managers with administration duties
• Deal with customer enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
• Prepare sales reports if required by Account Managers.
• Prepare customer PowerPoint presentations for account managers as and when required.
• Post company information to customers as requested.
• Photocopy sample advice file and pass copies to Account Managers.
• Implement price increases for customers.
• Co-ordinate customer visits
• Carryout shopping for products as required. This will involve visiting supermarkets to obtain competitor products for market research
• File all sales paperwork
• Raise and process price register forms
• Other ad hoc duties as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have an excellent telephone manner and a drive to succeed. In addition, you must be confident in your use of MS Office. In addition, experience working with Excel will be an advantage.
