St Johns Wood
Based in our St John’s Wood Office, the London Residential Lettings department is looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator to assist with all administrative, secretarial and marketing support for the lettings team.
As Lettings Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Organising meetings and viewings
- Running weekly website and portal checks, and updating systems with new property details.
- You will also be responsible for managing the marketing and PR for the office, such as preparing advertising and pitching documents; liaising with regional and local press; organising launches at properties and acting as a central point of contact for marketing.
- Other duties will include facilities management, general administration, and processing and monitoring expenses.
The ideal candidate will :
- Have experience in a similar secretarial role, with an interest in property.
- Be a pro-active and organised individual, with good attention to detail.
- You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task.
- You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A good knowledge of Microsoft office.
