A highly successful retail company based in South Central London is seeking an Office Manager to effectively manage the day to day running of the office, provide essential support when needed and act as the primary point of contact for clients and the business.  Responsibilities will include general office admin and reception duties, managing general maintenance and building projects including office moves, acting as the health and safety representative and ensuring compliance, owning the IT setup, dealing with new starters and leavers and working collaboratively with the HR team.  You should have had 1-2 years Office or Receptionist experience and prior client-facing or customer service experience as well as excellent IT skills.  The ideal candidate will be confident, positive, adaptable, resilient and a self-starter who is attentive to detail, able to problem-solve and prioritise and build relationships successfully.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic and creative company.
