Operations Manager - Lifestyle Club

A well-being and lifestyle club in West London are looking for an Operations Manager to join their lovely team. This is a great opportunity to work in an excellent environment for an exciting new company.

The Role

This Operations Manager role is to support the General Manager and CEO with the day to day running of the club. This is an incredibly varied role, where you will be involved in many duties and integral to the smooth running of the business.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Ordering supplies
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers/ contractors
• Financial administrations
• HR duties – tracking holidays and sick days
• Processing expenses
• Liaising with the council

This is a new business, so you will be responsible for implementing systems to streamline processes.


The Candidate

You will be hands-on and be willing to muck in with all tasks. You will be capable, assertive and proactive in your approach to work. You will be well-presented and adept at working in a service-orientated environment.

Please note that they are open 7 days a week, so you will be required to work some weekends. The core hours are 9-6, but you will sometimes be required to work an earlier/ later shift to open/ close.
