An impressive organisation with 30+ offices worldwide you will be based in their London offices working closely with their international offices including New York to provide a seamless support to the CFO, Global People Director in the UK and remote support to the board also (based in the USA). You will have the opportunity to support with complex diary management, email management, meetings, global conferences and events organisation, project support focused around People & Culture efforts, expenses, international travel arrangements including accommodation and transport links, working closely with the EA in New York to deliver and manage global projects, support with the implementation of systems, liaise with service providers for the London office and all tasks as required. If you’re looking for involvement and variety then this role is strongly recommended.
To be considered you will be an experienced Executive Assistant. Great longevity and commitment to past employers is sought, graduate caliber, an interest in working within a creative environment and you will be articulate and well-presented. Top MS Office skills is a must – Word, Excel and PowerPoint alongside being Mac literate. Experience of project management software would be a plus.
