Customer Service Assistant – Wimbledon- £21K+ bonus!

KMK are extremely excited to be working with one of London’s finest provider of coffee machines, who are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their organisation.

As a Customer Service Assistant you will be responsible for sending out ingredient orders to customers, processing orders, liaising with the delivery team to ensure orders are delivered on time, processing calls from customers and Baristas. Along with this you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, meeting and greeting clients, ensuring clients are provided with refreshments and maintaining office supplies.

The ideal candidate is friendly, down to earth, and confident, with excellent communication skills. It is important you are personable and approachable as you will be the main contact for any office queries, deliveries and supplies.

Lovely company, 9am-5pm Mon-Fri- On top of the basic salary there is a monthly bonus!
