A successful global private health provider is seeking an EA to provide business support to their COO and wider Executive team in their smart corporate office in the City. As Executive Assistant, responsibilities will include diary, travel and meeting arrangement, minute taking, expenses, assisting with key management projects, managing correspondence, handling basic HR processes, maintaining communication with direct reports, keeping accurate financial records and admin of the Operating Board. You should have had previous C Suite level support experience, be confident and discreet, attentive to detail and flexible and have excellent communication skills and computer literacy. There are good progression opportunities for the right candidate.
