Our client, one of the UKs leading Investment Management firms, is seeking a proactive Administrator to provide comprehensive support to two of their Senior Investment Directors. Efficiency and effectiveness are key along with audio typing and previous Financial Services experience.

Responsibilities

  • Managing client administration processes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing support in transfers, client payments, on boarding, account amendments
  • Resolving queries from clients in a prompt and accurate manner
  • Collating quarterly reports; generating mail merges
  • Audio typing and producing accurate documentation
  • Creating presentations and meeting packs
  • Maintaining diaries, arranging meetings and organising travel
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • General administrative support: filing correspondence, opening and distributing post,

Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience within Financial Services, Investment or Wealth Management
  • Confident self-starter with strong time management skills
  • Flexible approach to work, ability to prioritise to changing demands
  • Exceptional attention to detail, whilst maintain awareness of compliance and policy
  • Can develop and maintain essential client relationships
  • Competent user of MS Office; CRM experience advantageous
