EA to MD role in St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Your new role
Working in a very fast paced environment this role requires an experience EA at MD level or above. Supporting this MD you will be required to perform the usual duties of an EA including arranging travel (mostly European), arranging meetings, diary management, Project Management, organisation of personal matters, production of presentations, reports and board packs, organising conferences which occur 2/3 times per year plus other event management. This role is very fast paced and demanding with other ad hoc tasks and projects as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed
This role is suitable for a EA that is forward thinking and proactive. Our client wants someone to think ahead, be highly organised, autonomous and have very high expectations of themselves and what they deliver. Attention to detail, honesty, trustworthiness and discretion should be traits you value and you should be able to add value in all that you do. You should have previous experience at MD level and above. This role will also be supporting other Directors in the business and members of the board so you should cope in a busy environment able to prioritise your own workload. You should be highly IT literate most notably in MS PowerPoint to an intermediate/advanced level.

What you'll get in return
This role is a permanent position to start as soon as possible. Based in St Ives with onsite parking and good public transport links. Hours are Monday to Friday 8-5 with excellent benefits. Salary is £30,000-£40,000 DOE.
