Senior Property Manager

The Role will include the following:

• Professionally and effectively dealing with all tenant enquiries
• Managing a large portfolio of residential properties in accordance to company standards
• Liaising between Landlords and Contractors
• Motivating and training team members where required
• Arranging and attending Property inspections, and providing Landlords with feedback
• Managing the full Tenancy termination process
• Involvement with Property Maintenance and repairs
• Drawing up and executing change of occupant documents
• Drawing up and serving various legal notices (such as Section 20, Section 21 & Section 8 notices)
• Working with the Maintenance team
• Arranging and dealing with deposit, dealing with disputes and statutory declarations if necessary
• Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders
• Closely monitoring rent, and chasing outstanding payments
• Updating and maintaining records on company software
• Closing off and checking out tenancies
• Supporting the Letting team

The Ideal Candidate should:

• Have 3- 4 years' Property Manager experience
• Be highly organised, immaculately presented and personable
• Have experience using the CFB Database
• Have the ability to work well in a team
• Have very strong IT Skills
• Be ARLA Qualified

Package:

• £25,000 - £34,000 per annum + bonus
• Quarterly and annual bonuses
