Investor Relations Communication Officer

A leading  international  mining company is seeking an Investor Relations Officer to assist the IR team. Duties will include project managing the Annual Report as well as preparing all stakeholder communications, preparing reports, media campaigns and investor events. You will also work closely with the financial pr agencies and deal with enquires from the analysts and media. Duties will include managing media publications, bulletin and social media websites. You will also assist in organising road shows, carrying translations as well as large corporate events and develop IR relationships and represent the company externally at events and conferences.

The team's primary responsibility is to assist the Board and management in developing and improving relationships  between the Company and its Stakeholders, Partners, Advisors and Analysts.

The current team consists of a Senior IR Analyst and an IR Officer, both of whom are overseen by the Deputy CEO and work closely with the finance, secretarial and legal divisions/ This role will assist the company focus on developing the Company's external communications programme. Excellent English language and communication skills are required.

Knowledge of Russian is also highly desirable.
