WHAT YOU’LL DO:
This is a busy role with lots of variety. You will be working with numbers alongside managing an established client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities will Include: -

• To take a lead in the rollout of the client services proposition, providing support and guidance to both team members and clients, maintaining a strong technical understanding of Excel
• To handle client concerns in a timely manner, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress
• To assist with and respond to client requests for information and action queries raised by clients, their advisers and Fund Managers
• To input individual client data in a timely manner ensuring that it is accurate, up to date and where necessary obtain missing information so that records are complete
• To on board new clients, manage existing clients and the interface between the fund providers and the clients
• To work closely with the Client Services Associate/s, Client Services Team Assistant and Client Services Manager

Knowledge and Expertise required:

• Essential – Excel.
• Maths/ Economics (or subject similar to) A level and/or degree
• Confidential, be able to work at pace, attention to detail, follow things through to completion, able to prioritise and work under own initiative.
