In-house recruiter

This exceptional and high profile creative agency are looking for an experienced Talent Manager for 3 or 4 days a week to help find exceptional talent to join their busy teams.

They are an impressive agency with a fantastic reputation for both their work and studio culture.  It’s a new role for them so lots of scope to make it your ow and have an impact on the talent they hire.

Key duties are:

• Introduce innovative new approaches to talent acquisition
• Drive commitment and involvement from everyone across the agency
• Take briefs from hiring leads, write job descriptions, place advertisements, brief
• recruitment agencies, review applicants, schedule interviews and deliver feedback
• Coach and guide hiring managers on talent acquisition related procedures and
• interview skills
• Develop strong relationships with schools, universities and other recruitment partners
• Manage a preferred supplier list of recruitment agencies
• Assist the senior leadership team in building an engaging employer brand
• Devise direct recruitment activity that feels right for our brand (which could include
• social media, events & networking)
• Conduct regular market research to ensure you know ‘who is who’ and keep on top of
• industry trends, risks and challenges
• Build and constantly add to a talent pool for future roles and maintain our talent
• database
• Monitor and ensure 100% compliance of our hiring activities
• Work in partnership with the People Manager to ensure a seamless candidate experience from acquisition to onboarding
