A fantastic Front of House Executive / Head of Front of House / Reception Manager opportunity has arisen in an extremely high-end and exciting company. This high profile, luxury 5* service business is seeking an outstanding lynchpin Front of House Executive / Office Coordinator to manage the London based Front of House, as well as in time their other multiple offices across the UK.
The environment here is challenging but exciting - the pace is fast and deadline-driven and expectations are sky-high so you should be the type of person who thrives under pressure and doesn’t flap. The culture here is ‘all go’; dynamic and highly sociable and friendly, but also at times frantic, constantly changing and unpredictable! The business works a lot with celebrities and HNWIs so discretion and a calm and focused approach under pressure is an absolute must.
This Front of House Manager / Reception Manager / Concierge Manager will enjoy a super busy role where there is unlimited scope for personal progression and career growth.
Front of House Executive / Reception Manager / Receptionist Manager / Client Services Executive
- Managing two junior receptionists / team manager
- Ensuring 5* service to guests and HNWIs at all times – you will take full ownership of and pride in the ‘5 start customer experience’ – this is vital!
- Ensuring quality across whole Front of House area
- Managing 5 meeting rooms – negotiating internal requests for HNWI client meetings, dealing with unplanned last-minute changes, thinking on your feet, problem solving
- Setting up IT and AV equipment
- Coordinating post and couriers, prioritising important documents
- Ordering supplies and thinking ahead
- Managing constantly ringing switchboard, dealing with highly sensitive and confidential situations
- Immaculate personal presentation essential every day
- Preparing meeting rooms with bespoke client breakfasts and lunches
- Running business or personal related errands
- Sourcing furniture, stationery or art work for office
- Assisting with opening of new offices and business expansion
The ideal Client Services Exec / Office Administrator / Front of House Representative will have:
- Sophisticated and elegant personal presentation
- Degree educated or equivalent
- Robust and resilient approach, able to hold your own with senior members of the company and VIPs
- Hardworking and keen to prove yourself
- Ambition and drive to succeed
